1. Who we are & eligibility

This platform is operated by Wanderlust Wonderer. All spaces and media are strictly intended for an adult audience. By registering a guest account or acquiring portal access, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and that viewing such content is fully lawful within your place of residence.

2. Accounts

You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your profile. You agree to provide accurate, current information upon registration. We reserve the absolute right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any accounts found in breach of these terms.

3. Memberships & billing

Memberships provide continuous access, securely processed and billed monthly in advance. Your chosen access level automatically renews at the conclusion of each billing cycle until you choose to adjust your status. All entry fees are clearly stated at checkout. Pricing may be updated with prior notice, with any adjustments taking effect at the start of your subsequent billing period.

4. Cancellation & refunds

You retain the freedom to manage or pause your membership at any time directly through your account dashboard. Upon adjustment, your premium access will remain fully active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period, with no further charges incurred. Because digital media and club entry are granted instantaneously, all transactions are strictly non-refundable except where mandated by applicable law.

5. One-off purchases, credits & sessions

Purchases within The Collection, direct offerings, premium gallery unlocks and live video sessions are handled as one-off transactions independent of memberships. Any interactive privileges or features hold no cash value and are strictly non-transferable. Live sessions must be booked through the provided calendar interface immediately following your transaction; missed or unattended sessions are non-refundable.

6. Content licence & conduct

All photography, cinematic media and communications are the exclusive property of the creator, licensed to you solely for personal, private viewing within this platform. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, copying, reproducing, redistributing, or publishing any content. Every digital asset is individually watermarked and traceable to your specific user profile. Any breach of this covenant will result in immediate account termination, a permanent ban and Aggressive Legal Action.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to behave respectfully and treat the portal with respect. You are strictly forbidden from trying to hack the site, bypass paywalls to view content for free, steal data or harass me or any other members. You also agree not to use this platform for anything illegal.

8. Disclaimers & liability

This platform is provided exactly as it is and whenever it is online. To the furthest extent allowed by law, I am not responsible for any personal or financial losses you claim to experience from using the site. Nothing in these rules takes away any legal rights that cannot be changed by law.

9. Changes & contact
