Content Provider Agreement

Scope

This Agreement governs all content published on Wanderlust Wonderer, operated by Salt Social Ltd. It applies to every individual who appears in content on the platform.

1. Age

Every person appearing in any content on this platform is over the age of 18 at the time of production. Government-issued proof of age is held on record for each content provider, in accordance with applicable record-keeping requirements.

2. Consent

Every person appearing in content has given informed, written consent to the production, publication, and distribution of that content on this platform.

3. Sole creator

All content currently on this platform is produced by and features the company director as the sole performer. Should any additional consenting adult appear in future content, that person will complete this Agreement and provide age verification before any such content is published.

4. Right to withdraw

Any content provider may request removal of content in which they appear at any time, via our Content Removal Policy. Withdrawal requests from content providers are honoured without condition.

5. No coercion

All content is produced free from coercion, threat, or trafficking of any kind. Concerns can be reported to hello@wanderlustwonderer.com and are treated with the highest priority.

Acknowledgement

Each content provider completes the following acknowledgement before any content in which they appear is published:

I confirm that I am the content provider, that I am over 18, that government-issued proof of my age is on record, that I consent to all content in which I appear, and that I have read and agree to this Content Provider Agreement and the platform's age-verification rules.

Signed acknowledgement and age-verification records are held on file by Salt Social Ltd for the platform's sole content provider and will be completed by any future content provider prior to publication.
